Stewardship Volunteers

Looking for a volunteer opportunity that will make a positive impact on your local watershed? Join us at a work party. We host a handful of stewardship work parties throughout the year at the properties we manage and steward, including Freeland Wetland Preserve, Robinson Beach, the Outdoor Classroom, the Lower Maxwelton, and Old Clinton Creek. Come get a few hours of outdoor work under your belt, breathe the fresh air and mingle with fellow watershed enthusiasts.

See our Events page for upcoming public work party details.

You bring gloves, boots, a water bottle, and dress for the weather - We'll bring tools and show you what to do!

Work party tasks often include:

  • Trail maintenance

  • Invasive plant eradication

  • Native plantings

  • Classroom and facility upkeep
